A customer satisfaction survey with a globally recognised NPS score included. An NPS score is determined by customers’ experience after using a company’s services and their willingness to recommend that company to friends or colleagues. You can reference your score against a global average for the past 12mths, taken from over 100,000 organisations worldwide. An NPS score of +70 or higher is considered by industry experts to be "world-class" and an indicator of overwhelming customer satisfaction and loyalty. Currently, the global average is +40.
