It seems townhouses are on the way out, and larger homes with separate office space and large outdoor living is in. With working from home becoming the new normal around the world there's a new list of key items people are wanting in their next home, including a more space.





Johnston says that "suddenly low-maintenance apartment living with no grass to mow may not be as appealing as it was when 10 hours a day in the office was the norm. What we want from a home is about to change as we move out of lockdown... As we come out the other side of lockdown, it's expected that new home shopping lists will include offices, extra bedrooms or the very least a study nook."
